Cancellation/Refund Policies

1. Attendee substitutions may be made at any time prior to the date of the seminar.
   
2. Cancellation of registration (more than 7 days prior to the seminar): Full refund less an administration charge of A$200.
   
3. Cancellation of registration (less than 7 days prior to the seminar): No refund.
