LPMA Members will have the option of paying membership subscriptions annually or monthly.

There are 2 categories of Firm Membership—General and Premium.

-        General Member Firms have access to all the services detailed above. 

         General Membership fees are $1,095 per year or $105 per month.

-        Premium Member Firms will have access to all the benefits and services that General Member Firms have PLUS access to the following:

4.     phone and email property management advisory service

  Premium Membership fees are $1,995 or $175 per month.
