BWT and Kaplan Professional form new property management training alliance

Leading property management training and consulting firm, BWT, can now provide its clients with a complete end-to-end training solution, following an exclusive alliance today formed with Kaplan Professional, Australia’s only national provider of real estate education and training.

Under the strategic partnership, BWT will refer its clients to Kaplan Professional who need to complete the “non property management” units of the real estate licensing course. As a result, all BWT clients will gain convenient access to Kaplan Professional’s full suite of national training programs, from entry level and licensing to continuing professional development (CPD) programs, which are delivered across all states and territories.   

In turn, Kaplan Professional has agreed to refer its clients to BWT who need to complete the “property management specific” units of the real estate licensing course in the classroom. Plus, they will refer clients to BWT who wish to complete any "property management specific" continuing professional development (CPD) seminars. Both parties also agreed to jointly sponsor various real estate industry events throughout this year.
