He is a past president of The National Association of Residential Property Managers. He has been in the business nearly 30 years, plays professional piano and writes parody songs about being a landlord.

Mark's topic will be about changing your entire approach to what you do every day in order to remain ahead of the competition and capturing the maximum efficiency and profitability of your rent roll.

Mark's laws in Texas are the opposite of many we have here in Australia and yet we can all learn from the approach he takes in offering as many "legal" additional services for his owners, tenants and contractors to purchase through his company.

This presentation is better than going to Disney World when you learn of what property managers are allowed to do in Texas.
