No Internet Required For printing of forms you do not need to be connected to the internet. Internet connection is only required if you wish to receive automatic internet updates.
Automatic Insertion of Company Details Once you have registered your copy of ADLForms every form will always have all your company details automatically inserted into appropriate fields on the form.
Onsite Forms Completion ADLForms can be installed onto laptop computers for onsite forms completion, speeding up the process of taking listings, making sales and sealing property managements.
Corporate/Company Logos You can configure non-prescribed forms to print with your Corporate or Company Logo as headers &/or footers.
Forms Completion Assistant There is a direct link, from within the forms completion window, to examples of completed forms to assist you in filling them out (QLD only at present).
Print Blank Forms You can print completely blank forms (Except for your company details) where necessary.
Integration From Major Real Estate Packages There are two types of interface to ADLForms that other software companies can take advantage of, one being more powerful and comprehensive than the other and therefore requiring more commitment from the third-party software company. Professional Interface: Real Estate software packages using ADLForms' Professional Interface to print forms include Arrow Software, Gateway 2003 FP2, Hirum Software, R.E.S.T. Professional, Real Estate Office, Real Oz Software, REI Master & Sherlock Software, with Multi-Array planning to release an interface. Standard Interface: Real Estate software packages using ADLForms' Standard Interface to print forms include Gateway & Realtor Trust Manager.
Mail Merge You have the ability to merge data to forms from Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets & Access Databases.
Version Control When opening saved forms you have the option to open them in the format of the original version the form was saved in or the latest version. This is very handy for printing exact copies of previously saved forms.
Form Conversion You can convert Entry Condition Reports to Exit Condition Reports and vice versa. You can also transfer common information from one type of form to another.
Save Forms Locally or to Network You have the option to save forms locally or to your network server for easy backup and easy retrieval from anywhere on the network.
Multiple Registrations/Entities per Computer This feature is handy where you have different phone numbers or other details between your Sales, Property Management & Commercial departments, where it is required to access all forms from the one computer.
Postal/Street Address Option You can setup which forms require your postal address printed on them and which require your street address printed on them. Once setup, the correct address will always print on all forms.
Unlimited Templates You may setup unlimited templates per form. Templates are a very handy way of setting up default field values for numerous scenarios per form.
Emailing Forms You can email completed forms to clients for signing or giving of notice.
Print to NSW OFT Forms In NSW you must use the official OFT Bond Lodgement forms. From within ADLForms you can enter the details to be printed and print to the official form, filling in the fields correctly.
Envelope/Label Printing ADLForms detects whether there are any possible mail recipients of forms being printed. When printing a form all possible recipients will be displayed and you will have the opportunity to print sticky labels or envelopes for mailing purposes.
Expandable Condition Reports Entry & Exit Condition Reports will allow up to 3,000 characters for each item comment. To enable this feature ADLForms automatically expands the report when printing so that all comments are printed in full.
User Editable Lists Add & Retrieve commonly used names & address, clauses, comments, etc. using lists (eg. Store all your Special Conditions in lists for easy entry into forms & contracts).
Conjunction Agent Feature Wherever ADLForms inserts your company name, you may select from a Conjunction Agent list an agent to add as a conjuncting agent.
